Holiday Roast - Butterball Turkey Crown + Coorong Black Angus Ribeye Roast (Serves 8-10)

A ready-made holiday feast for 8–10 people. Two show-stopping roasts plus the sides, for Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year or any celebration.
What's in the box:

• Butterball Fully Cooked Turkey Breast Crown, about 2.5 kg (฿895/kg = ฿2,237.50)
• Coorong Black Australian Black Angus Half Ribeye Roast (boneless), MB2 grain-fed 100 days, about 2.5 kg, lightly trimmed (฿1,390/kg = ฿3,475)
• FREE 1 L gravy + 1 L mashed potato (worth ฿500). Just heat to serve.

Delivery & storage:

• The turkey crown is fully cooked and arrives frozen.
• The ribeye roast is chilled in Bangkok (delivered the day we cut it; shelf life 4 days) until 1 December 2026, and frozen after that. Outside Bangkok: frozen only.

Serving tips:

• Turkey: thaw in the fridge 1–2 days, then reheat covered at 160°C until hot through.
• Ribeye: season, sear all over, roast at 160°C to 52–54°C inside for medium-rare, rest 15–20 minutes before carving.
• Gravy and mash: heat gently in a pan or microwave, stirring.
