Beef Cubes for Stew & Curry are bite-sized pieces of chuck, ready for quick cooking — stir-fries, skewers, stews and one-pan dinners without extra trimming.

Flavour & texture

Deeply beefy chuck flavour with a firmer bite than loin. Cook hot and fast for a seared edge, or simmer gently until tender for stews and curries.

How to cook

• Best methods: stir-fry, skewer/grill, pan-sear, or braise in sauce.
• Pat dry, salt well. For stir-fry or skewers: high heat 2-4 minutes until browned; for stews: sear first then simmer covered until tender.
• Temperature: Quick cook to medium (about 57-60°C) if you want a steak-like bite; for stews cook until fork-tender.
• Rest & thaw: Rest a few minutes after quick cooking. Thaw overnight in the fridge and pat dry before cooking.

Serving & pairs with

Allow about 250-350g raw per person. Serve with rice, noodles, vegetables, or in a curry or stew with the cooking sauce.
