The Reality of Real Wood: These are heavy, solid blocks of premium hardwoods. Available in a range of natural wood profiles—from the deep, swirling, dramatic tones of rich walnut and mahogany to the clean, flawless look of hard maple. No two boards are identical. Built for Generations: Treated with food-safe oils and finished with sleek, master-beveled edges, these durable boards protect your premium knife edges while serving as a rugged prep block or a stunning tableside presentation platter for your steaks. Care & Maintenance Guide (Keep it for Life) Hand Wash Only: Never submerge the board or put it in a dishwasher. Wipe down with warm water, mild dish soap, and a soft sponge, then dry immediately. Dry Vertically: Prop the board up on its side to air-dry so both faces dry evenly, preventing the wood from warping. Oil Regularly: Once a month, wipe it down with a light coat of food-grade mineral oil or board wax to lock out moisture and maintain that deep, lustrous grain.
