Ingredients
250 ml Millac Gold Cooking Cream
2 Tbsp crushed black peppercorns
1 Tbsp butter or oil
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 Tbsp brandy (optional)
Salt to taste
Method
1️⃣ Melt butter, toast peppercorns 30 sec.
2️⃣ Add brandy (optional), simmer briefly.
3️⃣ Pour in cream and mustard, stir well.
4️⃣ Simmer 3–5 min until thick and smooth.
