Chef’s High-Heat Cooking Guide
💡 The Air-Fryer Method:
Angus beef has a slightly lower fat content than full-blood Wagyu, meaning it requires precise timing to hit a perfect medium-rare.
Preheat: Blast your air fryer at 200°C for 5 minutes empty.
Load: Place the cubes in a single layer with space between them.
Cook: Air fry for exactly 2 minutes.

Flip & Finish: Pull the basket, shake vigorously to flip the cubes, and cook for another 1 to 2 minutes. Pull them at the 3-to-4-minute total mark for a heavy crust and a juicy, pink center.
Cast Iron Pan / Teppanyaki: Get the pan smoking hot. Flash-sear for 45 to 60 seconds per side.

Charcoal Skewers: Thread tightly and grill over direct, high heat, rotating frequently to build a crust without overcooking the center.
