𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗝𝗮𝗰𝗸’𝘀 𝗖𝗿𝗲𝗲𝗸?
Jack’s Creek is a pioneer in Australian Wagyu production and a legendary name in the global beef industry. They are a multi-time winner of the "World’s Best Steak producer" at the World Steak Challenge. This consistent excellence ensures that every cut meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and flavor.

𝗖𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:
• Preparation: Allow the steak to reach room temperature before cooking. Season simply with sea salt to let the Wagyu flavor shine.
• Searing: Use a very hot pan. Because of the high fat content (MB 8/9), the steak will baste itself in its own delicious oils.
• Temperature: Best served Medium-Rare to Medium to allow the marble to fully render.
• Resting: Let the steak rest for 5-8 minutes to lock in the juices.

Why this is a "World Champion" choice
Jack's Creek has dominated the World Steak Challenge, winning World's Best Steak Producer and World's Best Fillet Multiple times. Their Wagyu X program specifically focuses on crossing Tajima Wagyu with Black Angus to create a flavor profile that has both the intense marbling of Wagyu and the hearty "steak" flavor of Angus. At an MB 8/9, you are getting some of the highest marbling available outside of Japanese A5.
