Grass-fed New Zealand Prime Steer chuck roast from Silver Fern. Chuck comes from the shoulder. It has plenty of marbling and connective tissue, which melt down with low, slow cooking into rich, tender meat. Grass-fed beef is leaner, with a clean, pronounced beef flavour.

Cooking suggestions:
